Stage 3 Surf Fun Day

This program is a fun experience for the students to learn beach education.  They will have options to participate in sand and water activities.    Year 5 will attend Thursday 1 December and Year 6 will attend Friday 2 December.

Program includes:  Beach walk (identification of hazards, rips, wave types and beach signage); Water skills - wading, dolphin dives, negotiating the surf and catching waves; Surf Skills (use of body boards and nipper boards); Sun Protection; Beach Games (beach soccer, volleyball, flags)

Instructors are qualified holders of the Surf Lifesaving Bronze Medallion (CPR ad First aid qualified).

Participants: Stage 3 - Year 5 and 6 - LIMIT OF  90 Students per day
