Learning and support
At our school, we are committed to ensuring that every student is supported to reach their full potential. Through a dedicated Learning and Support Team, which includes school counsellors, intervention teachers, and assistant principals, we identify and respond to students’ academic, cognitive, social, emotional, and attendance needs, as well as providing enrichment opportunities.
We work closely with families and external agencies to create personalised solutions, and every student requiring additional support has an individualised plan with clear goals. Targeted small group tuition in reading is offered from Kindergarten to Year 6, we also offer social and emotional coaching for identified students through counsellor run engaging and fun programs.
School learning and support officers work alongside teachers in classrooms to provide practical, day-to-day assistance. Our coordinated approach ensures that each student receives the right level of support and challenge to thrive.
