Strong Transitions
At Edgeworth Public School, we understand that every stage of schooling brings important transitions. Our programs are designed to build confidence, create connections, and ensure each child feels secure and supported at every step.
Primary to Secondary
Transition to high school begins early, with Year 4 students attending a STEM Experience Day, Year 5 students participating in the “Big Day Out”, and Year 6 students engaging in a Gala Day and formal orientation program. For students who need extra support, we offer extended transition opportunities to ensure they feel prepared, confident, and ready for success in secondary school.
