Payments

When sending money to school, parents are requested to enclose the money in an envelope and clearly print the child's name, class and item (i.e. excursion title) on the front. 

EFTPOS facilities are available through the school office.  There is a minimum of $10 for each transaction.  Individual receipts are issued for monies received.

Payment can also be made using the POP (Parent Online Payment) system.

Please ensure once you pay online that you still send in the permission note for the payment.

Below is a step by step procedure of this process. 

  1. Go to www.edgeworth-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au
  2. Click on $Make a payment
  3. Payment details box will open.
  4. DO NOT ENTER A STUDENT SRN NUMBER. SKIP THIS STEP
  5. Enter student's given name
  6. Enter student's surname
  7. Enter student's class eg. 5/6G
  8. DO NOT ENTER REF. OR INVOICE NUMBER. SKIP THIS STEP
  9. Enter student's date of birth
  10. Enter payer name
  11. Enter payer contact number
  12. Enter payer email address (this is important as you will receive an email with payment receipt)
  13. Tick which payment you are paying for. If unsure just tick other
  14. Payment description box appears – type in what you are paying for eg: gymnastics
  15. Payment amount box appears – type in amount you are paying
  16. If you want to do more than one payment click on add payment. You can make multiple payments at one time. Just keep adding a payment until you have completed all payments. (eg: if you wanted to pay for 2 of your children for gymnastics and 1 for an excursion, in the first description box type (your child's name) gymnastics with $30 in the payment box, add a payment and in the next description box type (your child's name) gymnastics with $30 in the payment box, add a payment and in the 3rd description box type Jenny Black Zoo with $50 in the payment box)
  17. Payments will be added to give you a total payment then click next.
  18. You then enter your payment details and confirm payment.
  19. Once confirmed you can email the receipt for confirmation to your email account.

Banking

Student banking with the Commonwealth Bank (Dollar Mites) takes place on Thursdays and a bank representative will process money into student accounts.  Information about new accounts may be obtained from the school office.
